Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs bookings made through the mobile application Sports99, operated by 3ITECH DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLP, having its registered office in Pune, India ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
The Platform acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting users with independent sports academies, coaches, and event organizers ("Service Providers").
1. Role of the Platform
- We do not provide sports training services directly.
- We facilitate discovery and booking between users and Service Providers.
- Refund decisions relating to service quality are primarily determined by the respective Service Provider.
2. User-Initiated Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation Before Session/Event
If a user cancels:

Specific cancellation terms may vary depending on the Service Provider's individual policy displayed at booking.
3. Service Provider Cancellation
If a Service Provider cancels, the user is eligible for:
- Full refund, OR
- Option to reschedule (subject to availability)
Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from cancellation confirmation.
4. Event Cancellation (by Organizer)
If an event is cancelled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure
- Operational issues
User may receive:
- Full refund, OR
- Credit note for future booking (if agreed)
5. Platform Convenience Fee
If the Platform charges a booking fee, convenience fee, or platform fee:
- Such fees may be non-refundable, unless cancellation is due to Service Provider fault.
- This must be clearly displayed before checkout.
6. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Via UPI, card, or payment gateway used
- Within 7–10 working days
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
7. No-Show Policy
If a user:
- Fails to attend a booked session
- Arrives late beyond permissible time
- Does not inform cancellation
No refund shall be issued.
8. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be allowed:
- Subject to Service Provider approval
- If requested at least 24 hours before session
Rescheduling rights may vary by academy/coach.
9. Injury or Performance-Related Claims
The Platform:
- Is not responsible for injuries during training
- Does not guarantee training outcomes
- Does not provide professional certification
Disputes regarding quality of coaching must be raised directly with the Service Provider.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a user disputes a charge:
- User must contact support within 48 hours of session.
- Company will facilitate communication with Service Provider.
Final refund decision will consider:
- Booking terms
- Evidence submitted
- Service Provider response
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refunds in case of fraudulent activity
- Suspend accounts for abuse of refund policy
12. Force Majeure
Refund obligations may be suspended in events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government lockdowns
- Public health emergencies
- Internet outages
13. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
