1. Acceptance of Terms

Sports99 is a technology platform that acts as an intermediary connecting users with independent sports academies, coaches, and event organizers ("Service Providers"). We do not provide sports training, coaching, or event organization services directly.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and Service Provider confirmation.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment credentials.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse or interfere with the Application's functionality.
• Not impersonate any person or entity.
• Not upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Application belong to 3ITECH DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLP or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Service Providers.
• We are not responsible for injuries sustained during training or events.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's operation or content.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the Application. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
